Is there a glitch(not hack) to get Arceus in white 2?

Question

If so, would it be considered legal to use as long as it doesn't have anything different about it?
Also, will it mess up your game?
I know that in yellow you could catch Mew via a safe glitch.

Here is a list of known glitches in Black/White 2. Currently, we know nothing about a glitch with finding Arceus, and it is very unlikely that there is one.
