Can you breed Tyranitar with a Deino?

Deinos evolve at lv. 50... uh, I'm not enthusiastic about training. I want a dark pulse deino.

No. Tyranitar is in the Monster egg group, and Deino is in the Dragon egg group. I suggest you get a male Gyarados in Gen 4 and teach it Dark Pulse, then migrate it up to White version, then breed Dark Pulse onto a Deino.

No, you can't. Tyraniar is in the Monster egg group, while Deino is in the Dragon egg group.
