How can I teach my Deino Dark Pulse?

I was looking on Serebii but I can't find any way...:(

He learns Dark Pulse as an egg move. Being a dragon, what most people do is teach a male Arbok or Seviper dark pulse in Gen IV, then just transfer them. There's not exactly an easy way to do it.
