Charizard is returning: is it a rumor?

I've hered rumors about Ash's charizard returning in one of the new PKMN shows. Is it true?

This has been confirmed
Episode 116 has been confirmed and will feature ash's charizard and will (shown in japanese episode) feature several flashbacks of some of the Pokemon ash had owned in kanto.

Sceptile
Staraptor
Corphish as a Crawdaunt
Primeape (finished training)

Ash gave his primeape to someone else, so its not officialy his anymore.

It was in training, but he gave it to someone who wanted it, and they started to train it, and Ash never said he`ll come back.

I watched all indigo league shows. In the end he had: Pikachu, Charizard, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Pigeotto, Kingler, Muk, and 20 Tauros.

i saw that episode in Japanese. AWESOME episode. of course it had Subtitles, but as long as i got to see Charizard again, who cared? Not only that, it had N in it! my BELOVED, GORGEOUS, N. i AM surprised N didn't freak out when Ash told him how he ended up w/ Charmander. I thought N would expload w/ rage, but nope, perfectly calm. he DID stop a battle between Charizard/Dragonite, though. I can understand why. N hates battles, 'cause he hates seeing Pokemon get hurt. I understand him.
