I got it from professor oak, but I don't know what to do with it.
he said that if a pokemon holds it, it will evolve when traded. which pokemon is it?

Porygon holding Upgrade is evolved into Porygon 2 when traded.
Porygon 2 is evolved by Dubious Disc in same way
