How do you put a Pokemon to sleep in B/W 2?

I don't know how to put a Pokemon to sleep.

You have to obtain the C-Gear in order to put them to sleep. Also you need an account on The Global Link which will allow you to access the Dream World. You also need Wi-Fi connection and your Dream ID. On the part that says "Online" is where you put Pokemon to sleep.
