What is the best level to evolve eevee to flareon?

I want to evolve eevee to flareon at the right time so I dont miss any of the good moves. Your help is appreciated thanx

Depends if you want to have Baton Pass or not. That's probably the only useful move Eevee learns for its later evolutions, so is you want that, then evolve at Level 33 (in Black2/Whtie2).

To be honest Eevee doesn't really learn any good moves.
Just evolve it straight away and get your good moves from Flareon.

Eevee can learn trump card and that's a good move too.

I would evolve Eevee when you've got a fire stone which means as fast as possible. Eevee dont learn any great moves exept Baton pass which is very usefull in competive.
