Is Pokemon Yellow Version only for the original or older Gameboy systems?

I only have a Gameboy Advance SP, will it play in that system?

No, Pokemon Yellow version can fit into the Gameboy Advance. (And of course, also in the original Gameboy Color. That's a given)
GBA SP can hold GBA games and Gameboy Color, basically.
