My Venusaur's level in Leafgreen?

Ok, so I love grass Pokemon, so naturally I choose Venusaur in Leafgreen, now I'm wondering what level my Venusaur will be by the time I get to the elite four. Currently my Venusaur is level 60 and I've only gotten 4 badges. He's that level cause I only use him, so what level do you think he will be by the time I get to the elite four?

i would roughly say he will get to lvl 80 minimum within that range would be a good place to be :)
