Move tutors in diamond?

Where are the move tutors that use shards to teach moves, and what moves do they teach?

Unfortunately ther are no shard move tutors in diamond.
The only move tutors are:
- The ultimate starter moves(blast burn, frenzy plant, and hydro cannon) in route 228
- draco meteor in route 210

I'm afraid you are out of luck, there are no move tutors using Shards in D/P. They were introduced in Platium. The only tutor moves in D/P are Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn, Hydro Cannon and Draco Meteor.
