What happens when Cryogonal uses Attract?

So Cryogonal can learn attract but it is genderless so what happens when it uses attract?

It fails. Same with Mew using Attract.

Well that sucks I thought it would attract both genders.

It wil not work but say "But it failed" because Crygonal happens to be genderless, like Mew using it, as said Mewderator.
