Does anybody know when the Rayquaza Event will be?

I heard that it is semi-confirmed that there will be an future Rayquaza event. Does anybody know when? Also, any other details about the Event Rayquaza (like will it be shiny)?

Pokedit gives all you need here. The page says it is only for the Japanese versions of B/W, so if you have a copy of one, you're in luck. Unfortunately, I did not see any info towards the event coming to the rest of the world. This seems a little sketchy to me personally.
