Well I love HeartGold and found out that I need rock climb to find Kyorge or Groudon (I don't know which is in which game) I know where to find them and I tried trading a Pokemon from other games that knew rock climb but if failed so let me ask you this how do you get rock climb in HeartGold/SoulSilver
After beating all 16 gym leaders (8 in each region), go to Professor Oak and he'll give you Rock Climb. You get Kyogre in HG and and Groudon in SS. Go to the place where they are caught with both a Groudon AND a Kyogre to get Rayquaza to appear.
