I need Victini if I want all 4 Unova Mythical Pokémon. Is there another way I can obtain Victini before X and Y event wise, or a Glitch, because I don't really like Action Replay.
No, you can't get a victini in black/white 2 without hacking or cheating. If you really want one, then you must trade on over from black/white. Other then this, there is no-other way
