What Pokemon type has more of not very effective, No effect, Normal effect and the least Very effective?

(Sorry if it is hard to under stand... I don't know a different way to word it.)

I guess you mean what Pokemon type is the least effective in battle?

It'd be Normal type; it's not super-effective against anything, resisted by Steel & Rock, and has no effect against Ghost.

That is the complete opposite of what I meant...
I don't really think my answer warrants a down vote since you didn't explain too properly what you meant. If I interpreted you incorrectly, just say (like you already did), but wtv.

No, I can't understand what you are saying but if it has to do with damage levels, the type chart is there to help you. :D
