Where does terrakion appear the second time around in black2?

I'm not sure what you mean by appearing the second time, because it stays in the same spot until you catch it, where it then travels around with you. However, I am sure about where it is caught, and that would be in the middle of Route 22, you can't miss it.

I guess the Q is referring to if you faint Terrakion; it reappears after you beat the E4 (and yea in the same place).
