How to obtain the elemental punches in Gold and Soul Silver?

Question

Lets just make this clear. I'm talking about the original form of Gold (not Heart Gold) and Soul Silver. I'm not sure if it's different since soul silver is a remake and the two are different versions, but if it is, let me know..

They are all found as TMs in the Goldenrod shop for $3000 in Gold.
Edit: They are Tutor moves in SS, costing 64 BP in Frontier access tutor.
