Here is 5+1 great status abusers:
Sableye
Sableye @ Leftovers
Trait: Prankster
EVs: 252 SDef / 248 HP / 8 Spd
Careful Nature
- Taunt
- Will-O-Wisp
- Foul Play
- Recover
With Prankster, Will-O-Wisp gets +1 priority, almost ensuring something will get burned, and it can stall for extensive periods of time with Recover. At the same time it can completely shut stallers and setup sweepers with taunt. Those 8 Speed EVs are to outspeed other Sableyes.

Breloom
Breloom @ Leftovers
Trait: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Spore
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Seed
- Mach Punch
As if 130 Attack and awesome dual-STAB wasn't enough, Breloom gets Spore, one of the best status moves of all time. The process is simple, use Spore, get one Sword Dance up (possibly 2) and sweep away.

Rotom
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 184 HP / 4 Def / 144 SAtk / 176 Spd
Modest Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Pain Split
- Will-O-Wisp/Thunder Wave
Hit hard whilst crippling stuff into Oblivion. This guy can be incredibly annoying to take down.

Ferrothorn
Ferrothorn @ Leftovers
Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 68 Def / 168 SDef
Impish Nature
- Spikes
- Stealth Rock/ Leech Seed
- Power Whip
- Thunder Wave
The Lord of the Setup, crippls anything daring to stand against it. The rest of the moves are for further setup.

Jirachi
Jirachi @ Leftovers
Trait: Serene Grace
EVs: 224 SDef / 252 HP / 32 Spd
Careful Nature
- Thunder Wave/ Body Slam
- Iron Head
- Wish
- Protect
The undoubted King of Status, being able to stall almost anything into a rage-quit.

Heracross
Heracross @ Flame Orb
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Megahorn
- Close Combat
- Facade
- Earthquake/ Stone Edge/ Nigth Slash/ Pursuit
Maybe not a status-inflicter, but rather one that abuses status ailment itself and absorbs any status-move for its allies. Activated Guts+ Heracross fantastic Attack/Speed= One mean, lean, killing machine.

There is an Ability by the name of Prankster that boosts the priority of status moves, making its holders great status abusers. Whimsicott is a good example. With a set of Leech Seed, Substitute, Encore and Toxic/Stun spore, it can status and annoy your opponents until they faint while avoiding any damage if played right. Similarly, Sableye can burn opponents with prioritized Will o Wisp. Pokemon with the ability Serene Grace, which boosts the likelyhood of secondary effects, can also be good at inflicting status. The most notable example is Jirachi, who has good overall bulk, decent attacking stats and can run one heck of a parafusion/paraflinch set with moves like body slam, thunder, iron head and water pulse, which thanks to Serene Grace have a great chance of inflicting status. Not to mention the great damage output. Togekiss can run a similar strategy, though it is not as effective. Finally, bulky support Pokemon, such as Ferrothorn or Blissey, can take hits and status their opponents in support of the team. Ferrothorn can leech seed and thunder wave its opponent allowing a sweeper to switch in to a slow opponent and gain a little recovery. Blissey can also utilize thunder wave if need be but is also good at utilizing toxic to cripple opposing walls, as natural cure helps it deal with toxic itself. Jellicent is also a good bulky status abuser. There are many Pokemon who can utilize status with success, and these are just some of the notable ones.

Remember, pretty much any Pokemon that falls into one of these above categories can make a decent or good abuser of status, except perhaps Thundurus and Tornadus (who are best used as sweepers), Dunsparce and Sawsbuck (who are terrible and a better sun sweeper respectively), and Illumise/Volbeat (though volbeat is good at prankster baton passing)

Hope this helped.
