Question about Evs for black and white 2?

I'm training a Pokemon and I believe I'm done Ev training it. Bianca on the xtransceiver says "Your Pokemon... "
"It has worked really hard, hasn't it?"
"I think it worked particulary hard on its HP!" Does that mean I'm done? Can I just head down to join avenue and pay to get my Pokemon to level 100? I have been training my Pokemon since a egg and it's level 91. Or should I continue beating up little Pokemon that yield a little over 200 exp.

Considering you hatched it from an egg, you are probably done now. According to Bulbapedia, all the EV values have to add up to 510 to know when to stop training. If you haven't been keeping track of your EVs, your Pokemon is worthless, really.
