How rare is a eevee in the black and white version?

To get Eevee, you have to go inside the Castelia Sewers, until you find another exit to the Castelia City park.

In the Castelia City park grass, there is a 5% or 1/20 chance that you will find Eevee.

Hehe I got eevee the first time I stepped into the grass when I was doing the Nuzlocke Challenge. I got lucky! :)

There is another way to get an Eevee, after defeating the elite four, you have to talk to Fennel and she gives you a free Eevee with its hidden ability.
