Does Swampert count as a "Wall"?

I EV Trained my Shiny Swampert to have 252 HP and 252 Attack. It's really bulky against other competitive teams, and I was wondering if it is seen as a wall since it's so hard to knock out...

No. Your Swampert would be a physical tank. If you wanted it to be a wall, you could change his Atk EVs to Def, making him quite bulky, and an excellent Stealth Rock setter. A tank, however, is a Pokemon that can take hits from frailer sweepers like Alakazam, and dish out a powerful attack of its own, usually in hopes of obliterating aforementioned sweeper.
