Is it work registering NPC's in the PokéGear or do you get lots of hassle calls?

You get tons of hassle calls, yes, but I would say it's worth it, because they might challenge you to battle or give you an item.

i checked and joeys rattata and the top percentage for rattata are OVER 9000!!! Apparently if his rattata is the best rattata than i think rattatas are going extinct very soon...
