What are the chances of finding a Lapras in Black 2, In The rippling water under the village bridge?

Could someone please give me in a percent how often a Lapras in the rippling water Under the Village bridge. I wish to know because If I am to continue my search for this Pokemon, I at least wish To know The Chances of finding this rare Pokemon. Thanks to whoever answers :)

It is a 5% (1/20) chance that you will find Lapras in the Shaking Spots of the Village Bridge water.
They will be between Level 30 and Level 40. :)
