Is quagsire a good swtich in on sandstorm teams?

I'm going to answer the question that I think your asking.

Quagsire, as a Groung type, just sits through the sand without issue. Unaware is a great ability that allows it to ignore stat boosts. it also has recover and it's Scald spreads burns quick. However, there is a way better Pokémon in Gastrodon. Gastro, like Quagsire, has a great typing, but it's ability is better, and it's stats are just better overall.

Quagsire: 95/85/85/65/65/35

I always like to use Stockpile, but that's just me. Earth Power and Scald are STAB moves and Scald will allow you take physical hits better when landing a burn. Toxic is a faster way to ware down Pokémon and Recover is just an all around great move healing 50% HP.

TL;DR: Gastrodon is the better choice.

Quagsire can survive a sandstorm however it has under-average stats, notably it's useless speed. Steelix has the same stats as Quagsire, but 200 Defense, so it might be something to consider.

Tyranitar is probably your best choice. It has awesome Attack and Defense. Again, it's got not-so-decent speed but it is something to consider.

Metagross is another good choice, Speed is 70 but otherwise it's got great stats as well. So Metagross is probably the best out of them.

So yeah, a few suggestions.
