PokéBase - Pokémon Q&A

(Sorry if this is a long-winded question, it's my first.)

So, I've been teambuilding with Miraidon and Iron Leaves, and I have a pretty specific niche to fill. I'm going to put the things I want it to do in order of preference, most important first, because I am 99% sure no Pokémon can do all these, and most of the ones near the end aren't essential, but will make it work better.
Counters/walls opposing Miraidon, knows Fake Out, has redirection, can cripple the opponent's restricted Pokémon (e.g. Endeavour, Nuzzle), is fine with being hit with Electric spread moves (from my Miraidon), can boost its teammate's damage output, and can use Electric Terrain to its advantage.
If you have any Pokémon that will do well, can you answer with their ability, item and moveset too (EVs aren't essential).

Is this for VGC reg G, reg I or something else?
No fakeout users can wall miraidon, but zeraora does a bunch of these pretty well. Not that you can use it though
It's for the most recent reg, so I assume G and, no, I only have gen 9&DLC and Legends: Arceus
Rillaboom would have been a decent option as it gets fake out and can resist electric moves from both sides. Except for the fact that it pretty much always wants to run Grassy Surge.

Iron Hands is probably the best Pokemon for this specific purpose. It learns fake out, resists electric, abuses both quark drive and the electric attack boost in electric terrain, and doesn't take too much damage from Miraidon's other moves with an assault vest.

Besides Iron Hands, Incineroar has fake out, will-o-wisp, parting shot, and intimidate. Smeargle can learn almost any move, including fake out, follow me, and decorate. Neither of these can survive a draco meteor from Miraidon.

Thanks, but what item should I use? My Miraidon has the Assault Vest, and I. Leaves has the Choice Band. Focus sash is available, but I'm leaning towards Iron Hands.
You should probably not use an assault vest on Miraidon. Iron Hands needs the special defense more.

Pachirisu might be the only option available to you, since indeedee is the only fake out + redirection but that is used with psychic terrain.
Pachirisu has the ability volt absorb so it likes discharges and parabolic charges. It also has follow me and nuzzle. Some other moves that might help are as follows: U-Turn, electroweb, super fang, thunder wave, encore, endeavor, fake tears, and weather setting moves sunny day/rain dance.

Hope this helped.
If you didn't know pachirisu won the world championships in 2014.

Pachirisu was good for only one specific team and one specific metagame. It's especially useless now that Reg G has restricted Pokemon.
it fills their niche
Yes, and it fills the niche badly. It doesn't matter if Pachirisu can survive a discharge if it can't survive anything else.
