Chargestone Cave (dustcloud)
Mistralton Cave (dustcloud)
Twist Mountain (dustcloud)
Challenger's Cave (dustcloud)
Victory Road (dustcloud)
Giant Chasm (dustloud)

So yeah, try your luck at Unova's caves and see if you can pick up a dustcloud with a Water Stone. :3
