Which Moveset Should I Choose For Sceptile in SS?

I have a Sceptile in My SS and I have thought up some movesets for it when it is high leveled. Tell me which one I should choose or maybe give me your own. Please put the # you like and why. Here they are:
1. Earthquake, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Giga Drain
2. Earthquake, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Rock Slide
3. Giga Drain, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, X-Scissor
4. Earthquake, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Focus Blast
5. Focus Blast, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Rock Slide
6. Solarbeam, Leaf Blade, Leaf Storm, Earthquake

As Sceptile has a higher special attack than physical attack, I would go with Dragon Pulse (special, power 90, accuracy 100), Energy Ball (special, power 80, ac. 100. I know Leaf Storm is special, power 140, ac. 90, but it sharply decreases sp. attack, making it less reliable in a pinch due to accuracy and poor when used over and over. However, if you have a high-risk, high return play style, you probably would want to go for this).

As type variablity is importiant, I find it worthwile to stray some from your strong specail attack for the sake of strong physical moves including Earthquake (physical power 100, ac 100) X-scissor (physical power 80, ac 100).

What ever you choose, DON'T go for Solar Beam. If you used giga drain twice it would take the same amount of time, do the same amount of damage, gain you HP and not be as easy to protect agaist. Giga Drain is an OK alternitive for Energy Ball if you like to play it save as you gain HP and use a decent powered attack.

Yes, But I like Rock Slide because it covers 4 of Sceptiles weaknesses.

If that's the case, then go for it.  I'd replace (from the ones I recommended) X-Scissor with it.  I personaly don't like it due to the acuracy, but whatever suits you.

Definitely don't bother with 2 moves of the same type. It's just a waste.

If you're going for a Physical set (perfectly fine, since its Attack isn't a huge amount less than Sp Attack), then I'd strongly recommend Swords Dance. It will DOUBLE your Attack stat on the first use.

Aside from that, Leaf Blade gets you STAB, while X-Scissor and Earthquake get good type coverage. You could replace Earthquake with Brick Break but it's less powerful.

The Rock moves are not powerful enough to put up with their unreliability, IMO, shame Sceptile can't learn Stone Edge because that's the only good one.
