Each individual Pokemon species can only have one kind of shiny colour. However each species of Pokemon has its own distinct colouring, unique from all the other species and also different from its unshiny form.

So basically, I cannot have a Blue shiny Charizard, then a green shiny Charizard, as well as a Gold Charizard?
Nope. There is only one Shiny sprite for each Pokemon, and Charizard's body in its Shiny sprite is grey.
I always thought of it as black but yeah @ Magicknight, there is only one kind of colour for each shiny pokemon
