Does the Battle Factory change stats?

Question

I was in the Battle Factory in PLatinum and I got a Furret, it had the Move slash and slash seemed to kill everything, it even took out a Kabutops in two hits. I know that Furret doesn't have the best stats and Im asking if the Battle Factory boosted its stats, Or was it just an insanely boss furret XD

Eevee, battle factory has Pokemon with max EV's and IV's and Furret's EV and IV are attack and defence I think and it might have a silk scarf. And yeah it changes stats. depending on how many times you win in the battle factory
