Can you find Arceus in SS?

I have recently seen a video that shows arceus in the picture with a walkthrough of Pokemon HG I was wondering if you could find him in SS. Does anyone know if you can? or was it just a hack?

Arceus can only be obtained in events, with the Azure Flute (which is obtained through hacking or an event) , and by hacking in all the games it has existed in. So what you saw must have had to do with one or more of those three reasons. I hope this helps! -Jellohamster

No, you cannot find it. The Arceus you saw in that video is posibility event Arceus (either in Pearl/Diamond/Platinum with Azure Flute, obtain from the past event (and hacking) or past event Arceus for HeartGold and SoulSilver (can obtain from hacking too)). If you bring the event Arceus in HeartGold or SoulSilver to Ruins of Alph, you will get access to Sinjoh Ruins, where you can get Lv. 1 Dialga (Adamant Orb)/Palkia (Lustrous Orb)/Giratina (Griseous Orb).

In other word, you can get Two Legendary Pokemon (Dialga, Palkia and Giratina (you can only get one for either species), if you had Azure Flute Event Arceus and HeartGold and SoulSilver Event Arceus.
