How do you catch arceus in SS with no AR

I got all the main pokemon like lugia and the main bird pokemon but not just two i think can someone tell me where the pokemon arceus in SS please someone help so i can gone one to my journey

without cheats or hacks it is impossible to get arceus with out trading as the event is long past
