Can shell armor and flame body be stacked?

Question

I have a magmar with flame body and a dwebble with shell armor in party and 4 eggs since flame body halves number of steps necessary and shell armor halves number of cycles necessary to hatch an egg, do the two together quarter the number of steps necessary?

Shell Armor does not do that. You must be thinking about Magma Armor.

And no, it does not stack.
