Will breading a shiny with a non shiny or shiny X shiny increase chances of shiny?

Okay so in Pokémon black will breeding a shiny Pokémon with a non-shiny Pokémon or a shiny with a shiny increase your odds of getting a shiny? I have seen many arguments stating both yes and no and I would like to know if anyone has the correct answer and not just guesses

To put it simply, no. It will still be the same chance, unless you have the shiny charm or are doing the masuda method.
