What region are Bidoof and Heatran from?

Hello, I have a question I want to ask. Does any member know what region I can catch a Bidoof and Heatran in?

The first games that Bidoof and Heatran appeared in were the Sinnoh games. However, Bidoof can be found in Kanto and Bibarel the evolved form can be found in Unova. Heatran can be found in Unova as well.

It didn't exist in Red and Blue. HG/SS takes place in Kanto too, y'know.

Sinnoh. You can also catch Heatran in Unova Black and White2, catch a bibarel in Unova and breed to get a bidoof.
