According to http://pokemondb.net/location a shaking or bubbling spot in B2W2 should have different Pokemon but when I approach a shaking spot in grass it always gives me an audino or Basculin(bubbling spot in water).
So is my game glitched or what ?
Those two Pokemon have a higher chance to appear in shaking / bubbling areas than most Pokemon. So you are just unlucky.
