Why is the border of latios delta (holon phantoms 12) shiny?

I have a Latios delta species (holon phantoms 12) and the border of the card is like, shiny. Is it super rare, or random?

No, all Latios Holon Phantoms blah blah blah are sparkly. This is called 'holo foil'. Your card is fine. :D

Only the color scheme has something to do with shiny. So, send a pic of what it looks like. You may be mistaken

And JarJar, the photocopier wouldn't pick up holo foil sparkliness. So it won't look sparkly. :3
