Where to find these tm's in D/Pe/PA???

where can I find the tm 24 thunder blot and tm 25 thunder in diamond, pearl and platinum??

• Thunderbolt can be found behind the Valley Windworks (the building beside Floroma Town). You need Surf to access it.
• Thunder can be found at Lake Valor (you need Surf to access it).
