I'm trying to evolve my Dusknoir but I don't seem to have a Reaper Cloth. Thanks for the help!

You have to buy it from the Battle Maison for 32 BP.

Also

Dusknoir (Japanese: ヨノワール Yonoir) is a Ghost-type Pokémon introduced in Generation IV. It evolves from Dusclops when traded holding a Reaper Cloth. It is the final form of Duskull.
