Are certain natures more likely to occur?

I specifically aim this at starters because it seems like every time I get a starter they have one of the worst possible natures for that Pokemon.

No, all natures have the same chance of occurring, unless GF purposely made it otherwise for certain Pokemon such has fixing a certain nature onto the Zoura egg in BW2.
