The only way to unlock the inn is by obtaining a Member Card via a Nintendo Event or cheating (although it may ruin your game,so you shouldn't do it). When inside, there is a man who puts people into a deep sleep. Once they awake, they will appear at Newmoon Island, where Darkrai can be battled.
