Yes, it totally is:)!!! I have 100lvl Rhyperior and it is really good. Its attack stat is very high and it has great normal defense. However, its sp. defense is quite low but its massive Hp stat helps with that. Rhyperior is pretty slow but it resists attacks very well because of great hp and defense and stays alive pretty sure even when it's hit by sp. attack move. I recomment Adamant nature for it and Solid Rock as ablility. Good luck:)
