Can Celebi run Choice Specs?

I'm just seeing, because I already got band and scarf. It's for my team that will not me successful. :P

I suppose? But I think sp. attacker Celebi is better off running Life Orb or Leftovers + Calm Mind, because of Pursuit T-Tar and Scizor (well, there's not a lot it can do to T-Tar, but Giga Drain will put a dent in it). If it's spec'd it'll be KO'd since it's locked into a move.

Nature: Timid

- Giga Drain
- Psychic
- Earth Power

Imo Keldeo, Latios or Jolteon would be better Spec options, even though Latias is weak to Pursuit T-Tar & Scizor.
