Does Hidden Power now have a set base power?

I was just teaching Hidden Power to my Heliolisk in Pokemon Y, when I noticed that it said it said it was a Normal, 60 base power, 100% accuracy move. The description for it also says that it is "a unique attack that varies in type depending on the Pokemon using it." It says varies in type, but nothing about varying in power. So is it now always 60 base power?

Yes its now set at 60 BP. So you will never see Hidden Power greater than 60.

cool thanks - the reason I never liked using Hidden Power (outside of Pokemon Showdown) was i was always worried mine would be at 30 base power.
