Is there a way to increase my pokemon's stats after they reached level 100?

My Typhlosion is at level 100 but I wanted to increased his special attack. How can I do that?

Useless trivia: In Generation 3, Deoxys's stats are recalculated after every battle, so it can EV train even when it's at level 100.

As of Black/White, you can increase your stats at level 100, because stats are recalculated after each battle instead of on level up. So if you didn't gain any EVs by level 100 (or reduced them with EV berries) you can EV train like normal.

Prior to this, you could gain the first 100 EVs in each stat through vitamins, but nothing through battling.

After it has already reached lv100, you CANNOT change/boost/decrease its stats. Well...decrease maybe, using friend berries.
