Is Shadow Pikachu a real Pokémon?

I've seen some cards of a shadow Pikachu, but I don't know if they're real. Can someone help me out please?

No; at least not in the actual games. The TCG has several "Shadow" or "Dark" (and others) kinds of cards, though they are exclusive to the TCG and aren't actual Pokemon in the games.
