Does Sweet Scent have the same out of battle effect as Honey?

So I had a Combee in my party for its Honey Gather ability. I saw it had Sweet Scent, so I decided to use that instead of running around. It gave me a horde of wild Floatzels. Was this coincidence, or does Sweet Scent do the same thing as using Honey? Interestingly, using them they have the same animation as well.

The answer is yes, Sweet Scent does the same thing as Honey would do. So you can just keep a Combee in your party, and use Sweet Scent instead of getting Honey!
