If someone's finds out the stat for sure, then yes; however, since 3DS games are such a challenge to hack, it is unlikely we will be able to get the stats straight from the game.
However, it is possible to compare. By knowing a Pokemon's EVs and IVs and Nature, we could compare a Pokemon with the same stats at the same level and make decent or accurate assumptions on what the base stats are.
Those stats are pretty accurate though. We'll probably still have that message there for quite a while since we have an idea of the numbers but not the exact stats.
