Friend Safari help? ;-;?

OK, so I've been trying to get Hidden Abilities through the Friend Safari, but it isn't working. Serebii says:
> With each person, you get up to three Pokémon within each specific area, with the third Pokémon slot appearing should the person have defeated the Elite Four, with them getting Hidden Abilities if the player has been online at the same time as you.

I've been online at the same time and I can't get Hidden Abilities still. Hell, I can't even get the 3rd Pokemon. Help? ;-;

The third Pokemon is when the person in question has defeated the Elite Four.
And also, the Hidden Ability is not guaranteed to appear; there is only a chance for one to appear.

Its even harder to find out what the percentages are because of us being unable to hack into the 3DS card lol
