Where Is Arceus's Psychic Type Plate In Black/White?

Question

If it is found in the Abyssal Ruins (very likely) which part of it? If not, WHERE?! I've been going on a Plate Hunt, and its the only one I need to complete the collection.

I can't find anywhere that it tells you specifically, so just look where you've been on that map.
But the Mind plate is definitely there
