Those are rumoured Pokemon as of now, but the fact that the GTS lets the requests through confirms their existence.
They will likely be upcoming event Pokemon. Serebii had Pokedex entries for them for about 20 minutes apparently, but the pages were taken down after someone on Twitter discovered them.
There is also a third one called Diancie, which you'll probably see requested eventually.
